I have limited internet access, so it would be optimal if I could download the training videos to go through at later time. Is this something that already available - because I can't find it. I mean - I think that MS has the most functional, most widely recognized office package - but your saying that they are not willing to support me as a part of their market.
I'd imagine there are alot of people who would rather support the media sources they believe in, and don't download pirated versions that are available, so they don't have high-speed internet access.
You're saying that, although MS has a training service already assembled online, they are unwilling to put whatever little effort is required to make it accessible to people like me. You may copy paste or use the browser print feature to save the tutorials in Training Center offline. We also suggest you click the Was this information helpful? I hadn't looked through all the tutorials before I gave up for the lack of time.
I hadn't realized that video tutorials were not the usual format. It would still be nice to get a downloadable link to the tutorials in all cases, but since they are mainly text, it is manageable with my data accessibility and the browser print functionality.
